Cooked rice for Sushi...half bowl
KAWA Sushi Nori (Roasted Seaweed)...1 piece
Vinegar for Sushi...1/2 teaspoon
Black Soy Source...proper amount
1)Rinse and dry KAWA Vegetarian Salted Chicken, boil them for later use.
2)Wash cucumber and cut in small pieces for later use; mix the cooked rice and the vinegar well.
3)Lay one piece of KAWA Sushi Nori seaweed on the Sushi Maki, spread the Sushi rice mixed with vinegar on the Sushi Nori seaweed; in the middle of the Sushi rice spread, put cucumber pieces, KAWA vegetarian meat floss, KAWA vegetarian salted chicken one line after another; then roll the Sushi Maki. After a few seconds, remove the Sushi Maki, cut the ready Sushi roll in pieces. With a little black soy source and/or wasabi, the Sushi is ready to serve.
